Existem vários troféus ao longo do jogo. A maioria é fácil de se obter, mas alguns não são. São os troféus secretos do KillZone 3. Veja um detonado do Killzone 3 para conseguir estes troféus. - Time For A Dip – Reach the river (Bronze): No Rio Corinth com o comboio.

- ISA TV – Establish communications (Bronze): Fazer contato com a Terra
- Aerial Superiority – Kill 5 Helghast while in the air (Bronze): Matar 5 Helghast com o Jetpack
- Into The Lair – Reach the cable car (Bronze): Com o carro, tenha acesso à Stahl Arms South.
- Jail Break – Liberate Narville (Bronze): Liberar Narville de Stahl Arms South.
